One drop of orange essential oil led me towards the interest of alternative therapies – the aroma from the diffuser brought energy and brightness back to me from a long term fatigue. The benefits we receive from modern medicine cannot be denied, however, the natural and traditional therapies have a history that people have been using these methods with very positive results. Relaxation massage is the basic way to keep your health in better shape - bringing you to a calm state and easing you from tension; “Unwind, Happy and Well” is my mission.
My latest interest is to learn numerous Breathing methods and Buddhism. The ongoing interest is having chocolate.
